Hello! My name is Jesseca Cecil and I’m honored to be a teacher at Vista Virtual Academy K-12. Go Tigers!

I was born and raised in Southern California, have a Bachelor of Science in Art from Biola University (2013), and received my teaching credential from National University (2019).

My most recent position as a high school teacher involved teaching Health Science and Drawing & Painting. It is my goal as an Independent Studies teacher to support, guide, and inspire each student to be passionate about their futures, while ensuring that learning happens their way. 

In my personal life, my husband and I welcomed our son Ashton in May 2021 and we are having so much fun being his parents. In my free time I enjoy working out, being in nature, watching movies, playing chess, and video games!
