My name is Meg Pitts, and I am a new supervising teacher at Vista High. This year, I am also  teaching AP Language and Composition and Creative Writing. I started working in WCCUSD in 2001, immediately upon moving here from New York, and spent most of my career at Pinole Middle School teaching ELD and Reading Intervention. At that point, I took a hiatus so I could be home with my five children – and spent time as a preschool director. In addition, I have taught adult education and third grade. I am very excited to be here, and I have absolutely loved getting to know the staff and students so far. I look forward to learning and growing at Vista.
