Welcome from the Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee. We are a group of citizens appointed to review the progress of school construction at WCCUSD that uses taxpayer-approved local school bonds. We come from a variety of backgrounds but are united in our desire to get the most value out of these funds for the kids, the staff, and the general public.
