Dear Parents/Guardians of Hercules Middle School Titans,
The Hercules Middle School Physical Education Department, in partnership with our Parent Teacher Organization (PTO), is hosting a Color Run fundraiser! We need your support in making this event a success!
Goal: Raise $30,000
When: Thursday, May 16, 2024 - During your child’s PE class time!
What you need to do: SHARE, SHARE, SHARE! Please pass along your student’s link to 99pledges.
Scan the QR code below for general school donations! You may search for your favorite HMS student to credit for helping our HMS PTO fundraise!
Volunteers: We need your help on the day of the event (Thursday, May 16)!
- Volunteers must be district badged!
- Check in at the main office prior to the start of your shift!

What are we raising money for?:
GOAL: $30,000
- Large fans for our gym (no air-conditioning)
- Outdoor bulletin boards/display cases for announcements
- Bleachers in the gym for spectators in our gym
- Uniforms for our sports teams
- Trophy case for school sports trophies
- Science class experiment supplies
- Art supplies and materials
- Dance shoes for dance students
- Storage bin for the stage/dance class materials that can either be kept on the stage or wheeled back and forth to the gym
Rewards:
- 1 Titan Ticket for every $20 donated
- $10 Gift Card of Choice (Amazon, Target, ShareTea, Roblox, Starbucks) for every $300 donated
- The top student money earner from each grade level will receive a special reward:
- 6th Grader - PE Bundle for 2024-25l year (PE t-shirt, PE shorts, Cinch Bag, PE lock).
- 7th Grader - Free 8th-grade bundle for 2024-25 School Year (Class t-shirt, 8th-grade dance ticket, and 8th grade breakfast ticket)
- 8th Grader - Free Yearbook (reimbursed if already purchased for this school year)
The grade level that earns the most money gets an ice cream, nacho, or pizza party!
Suggestions on what to bring on the day of the Color Run:
- Wear a white t-shirt or old clothing (PE uniform is ok, it may get colored - students will be excused from wearing their PE uniform for the day but need to wear clothes that can get colored powder on them)!
- Wear shoes that may get colored or can be washed and are safe for physical activity (no crocs, sandals, boots, slide
- Bandana or shower cap to cover hair
- Sunglasses to protect eyes
- Bandana or face/mouth covering
- Personal Water Bottle (water will NOT be provided besides at the water fountains)
- Plastic bag to put colored clothing in for after-class
- Towel to cover the seat in your car for the ride home after school
