Good evening, Lincoln families. This is Mrs. Parham with a message on behalf of our Lincoln team.

First, an update on masks. By now, all West Contra Costa families should have received the message from Superintendent Hurst that beginning today, masks are no longer required, but are strongly recommended, in all middle and high schools. This does NOT apply to elementary schools. Beginning on Friday, April 15th, masks will no longer be required, but will be strongly recommended in elementary schools across the district. Please note we will continue to encourage and celebrate students who wear their mask every day because it's one of the best ways to keep our community safe.
Second, this Wednesday, March 16th, is make-up Picture Day at Lincoln. If your child did not already get their picture taken this year, or if you are not happy with their picture, please have them ready to get their make-up photo taken this Wednesday. Give us a call at Lincoln if you have questions about this.
Third, next Wednesday, March 23rd, we have a FREE dentist coming to Lincoln through the Big Smiles program. If you want your child to receive a free teeth cleaning, fill out the Big Smiles application and return it to your child's teacher.
Last, we are in need of parent volunteers for field trips some of our classes will be taking soon. If you would like to become a parent volunteer, please contact us at Lincoln and we will walk you through the steps of getting fingerprinted and getting your volunteer badge.
